It's important to understand the timelines involved with stationery design + production to ensure your experience is seamless from ordering through to delivery.

When should I place my order?

BEFORE THE DAY
For products such as save the date cards and invitations – these should be sent to your guests at least 3 months prior to the event. So we recommend ordering your products at least 2 weeks prior to when you want to send them out. 

ON THE DAY
For products that are required on the day of your event, we recommend ordering these 5-6 weeks prior. Production on items such as seating charts and guest menu's takes between 2 - 3 weeks, so its important to have these designs signed off at least 3 weeks before your event date.

When can i expect my design proof?

Turnaround times for design proofs are listed in the description of each product. Generally, once an item is purchased, we aim to have a proof over to you within 2-3 business days – having the design signed off and ready for production within a week. As a rule of thumb, we recommend pencilling in 1 week for design time, 2-3 weeks (depending on your product and print finishes) for production time and 2 weeks for delivery. 

Please Note: This is a guide for online shop products including all semi-custom stationery and art prints – design time for bespoke jobs tends to be closer to 2 weeks depending on the scope of the project.

How long does delivery take?

We rely on Australia Post to fulfil our deliveries, standard timings listed below:

Australia

  • Sydney and Greater Sydney Area: 2 business days.
  • Melbourne: 3 to 4 business days
  • Brisbane: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Canberra, Adelaide: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Perth: 6 to 8 business days.

International Orders

  • New Zealand: 4 to 7 business days.
  • North America: 5 to 9 business days.
  • UK and Western Europe: 6 to 10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Order Process

Let's keep this as simple as possible.

STEP ONE: Place you Order

All the required information for your stationery/art customisation is uploaded to our system when you add your product to your cart. So once your product has been purchased, we already have all the information we need to get cracking on your design proof. IF you feel you want to give us any more information, simply send us an email quoting your order number.

STEP TWO: Design Proofing

Allow 2-3 business days from placing your order to receive your customised design proof. This is where you can finnesse your order and request any edits you'd like to see such as colours and wording. We offer 2 rounds of iterations before locking in the design for production.

STEP THREE: Production

You've done your part! Now its up to us to do the rest. Once the design is approved, we will get everything into production and carefully pack your order ready for delivery. Production generally takes 2-3 weeks depending on the product type.

STEP FOUR: Delivery

Once we receive your order from our printers, we will quality check each piece individually and carefully pack everything ready to be shipped. All that's left to do is GET EXCITED!
